Mini Funnel Cakes



Ingredients :
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 T vegetable oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1/4 t salt 

Process:

  • No special technique involved here.  Just mix it up in a bowl.
  • Heat oil to 375.   I like to use an electric skillet rather than a pan on the stovetop, but it's really about personal preference.  
  • Spoon the batter into a pastry bag, or a plastic ziplock bag with the tip cut off.
  • Squeeze the batter into the hot oil, creating that distinctive squiggly shape as you go.
  • Set the fried funnel cakes on a paper towel to drain any excess oil, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Homemade Mini Corn Dogs


Ingredients
  • 6 Hot Dogs
  • 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal 
  • 7 Tbs all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbs honey ** If you don't have honey, substituted with 2 table spoon of sugar** 
  • vegetable oil for deep frying
  • wooden sticks
  • ****If Batter is to tick add 2 table spoon of milk and mix****
Instructions
  1. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Oil should be 2 to 3 inches deep.
  2. Cut hot dogs in 1/2's . Stick a small wooden stick in each hot dog.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Combine milk, egg and honey.
  5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and whisk until well blended.
  6. Pat hot dogs dry with a paper towel.
  7. Dip each hot dog in batter and gently lay in the hot oil. I did mine in batches of 4-5 hot dogs at a time.
  8. Fry for about 3 minutes each until golden brown. Serve warm.      ENJOY !!!!!!!

Easy Polvorones



INGREDIENTES 

1/2 TZ MANTECA CRISCO
1/2 TZ DE MANTEQUILLA
1  & 1/2 TZ DE AZUCAR  ** LA 1/2 TZ EXTRA PUEDE SER MORENA **
2 HUEVOS
1/2 CUCHARADITA DE VAINILLA
3 TZ DE HARINA DE PAN  ** DE ESA 3 TZ, SACA APARETE 1/2 TZ **

PROCEDIMIENTO

1. UNES CON LAS MANOS LA MANTECA, MANTEQUILLA, AZUCAR, LOS HUEVOS & LA VAINILLA.  **RECOMIENDO USAR GUANTES**

2. LUEGO POCO A POCO VAS INCORPORANDO LA HARINA HASTA OBTENER UNA MASA FIRME, SI AUN LA MASA ESTA MUY AGUADA HECHALE LA 1/2 TZ QUE SE SACO APARATE. 

3. PONES UN POQUITO DE LA MANTECA CRISTO EN TUS MANOS O GUANTES Y LA FROSTAS, ESO TE AYUDARA A QUE NO SE PEGEN LAS BOLITAS...

Super Easy Biscuits From PanCake MIX !!!


Ingredients



  • 3 cups of complete pancake mix
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup melted butte
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt.. NOT MUCH !!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Roll out dough on a floured counter **Pancake Mix**.
  4. Cut out circles of dough with a floured glass or biscuit cutter.
  5. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 8-12 minutes, until the tops are golden.
  7. Serve ENJOY !!!!!!!

Mega Easy Onion Rings !!



Ingredients



- 1 large onion per 2 servings or 2 medium
- 1 cup **PANCAKE MIX** ;)
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup ice water
- salt & pepper or ** complete season **

- 1 Deep Fryer of fry pan
- Cooking Oil



Directions

1. While preparing the onions and batter, set your cooking oil on medium heat to warm up,
    that will be 350*

2. While that’s heating up, peel the onion (or onions) and slice into wide rings.

3. Some onions hold on really strong between the layers. If you have one of these, you need to    break the layers loose before trying to separate the rings or they’ll all break. Place the ring between your palms, squeeze in enough to make it a little bit oval, and roll it back and forth a few times.

4. Once it’s loosened up, pop the rings apart, starting from the inside.
   5. Now mix up the batter... That’s the flour, egg and water ** slowly **, salt and pepper **Complete Season** . Set your onions and batter up next to the hot oil.

****** REMEMBER TO DO A LIL TASTE, TO BE SURE IT'S NOT TO SALTY ******


6. Using metal tongs, dip the rings one at a time into the batter. Make sure each ring is covered all the way around. This batter is very thin, so let the batter drip off for a second before putting it in the fat.

7. Don’t crowd the pan. Work in batches or they’ll all stick together. 
You’ll keep the batter cleaner and you won’t get raw batter back onto cooked rings.

8. Flip the rings over once when they start to show a golden color just above the level of the fat. The second side will be done a little quicker. Don’t set a timer and walk away, this is not an exact process. You need to check frequently so you don’t burn them

5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake !!!!!!!!!!!! SUPER Yummmmyyy =D




Ingredients



  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar **Depending on the cocoa that you use, If its sweet or not **
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/2 tps of baking powder if you have it !!!
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter or oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (or peppermint) extract
  • 1 tablespoon choc chips **optional*
  • 1 large mug

Preparation

 - Add dry ingredients to the mug, and mix well.



- If necessary, run a knife around the sides of the mug, and tip the still warm cake out of the mug and onto a saucer.

Cake Mix Brownies ^_^

You Only Need !!!!

1 Box of Chocolate Cake Mix *Betty Crocker Fudge*
1/4 cup of canola oil
1 egg bitten
1/3 cup of milk
Sprinkle for decoration

Oven on 350*
Mix all the ingredients until it looks like a big ball. In a 8x8 grease pan all the mix, add sprinkles. Bake for 20 minutes after that let stand for 30 minutes and ENJOY !!!

Ingredients
 
  • 1 box (18.25 oz) cake mix (vanilla, devil’s food, or yellow)
  • 1 cup buttermilk (in place of water called for on the box)
  • Vegetable oil (the amount on the box)
  • 4 eggs (in place of the number called for on the box)

Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line muffin cups with paper liners.
  • Follow the box instructions, putting all the ingredients in a large bowl and using the buttermilk in place of the water specified on the box, using the amount of vegetable oil that is called for, and adding the eggs. Beet with an electric mixer until moistened, about 30 seconds. Increase the speed to high and beat until thick, 2 minutes longer
  • Speared in containers the batters that are going to be color & add food color
  • Fill paper liners two-thirds full. Bake 12 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
  • Cool completely before icing

Easy Strawberry Cream Pie

 

Ingredients


  • 1 cooked pie crust Cook according to pie crust directions. My favorite is Pillsbury brand
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
  • 18-20 strawberries cut in halves
  • 1 Tbsp. shortening or oil
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cook your pie crust according to package or your favorite recipes directions. Let cool.
  2. Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add in sugar and vanilla.
  4. Fold cream cheese mixture into the beaten heavy whipped cream. until evenly combined.
  5. Spoon into cooled pie crust.
  6. Arrange strawberries over the top of filling.
  7. Melt 1 Tbsp shortening or oil and 1/2 cup chocolate chips in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Drizzle over strawberries.
  8. Refrigerate.

    Ginger Asian Chicken

     
     

    Ingredients

    • 1.5 pounds boneless chicken thighs
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons sake
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
    • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
    • chopped scallions and sesame seeds for garnish

    Directions

    1. Cut the chicken up into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, whisk the soy sauce, sake, honey, and ginger together, then add the chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
    2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat until hot. Add the oil then swirl to coat. Fry the chicken in batches. You want to get a nice brown crust, so it’s important that the chicken is in a single layer and has some space between each piece. Because there is sugar in the marinade if your pan is too hot it will burn. If the pan is too cool, water will leach out of the chicken and it won’t brown. Adjust the heat accordingly.
    3. When the chicken is browned on one side, flip it over and brown the other side. Transfer the chicken to a plate. Once all your chicken is browned, use a paper towel to wipe out any extra oil, then add the remaining marinade to the pan along with 2 tablespoons of water. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium high heat, and then return all the chicken to the pan. Stir, until the liquid has mostly evaporated and the chicken has a nice shiny coating of sauce.
    4. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds and serve over rice.

    Garlicky Crab With Pasta

     
    Ingredients:

    Directions:


    1. heat a large stockpot of salted water to a boil over high heat; add crab legs; cover. Cook until crab is cooked through, 6 minutes; transfer crab to a colander but don't drain the water out of the pot, keep it boiling.
    2. Add spaghetti to the crab water; cook according to package directions. Drain; keep warm. Meanwhile, crack crab legs into smaller, more manageable pieces.
    3.  Melt 3 T. of the butter in a large skillet or wok. Add garlic; cook, stirring, until garlic is slightly browned and aromatic, about 2 minutes. Add crab legs and parsley to skillet; toss to coat the shells and the meat with the hot butter and garlic. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
    4. Melt remaining 1 T. butter in the skillet over medium heat. Add cooked pasta, tossing until well coated. Transfer pasta to a platter; top with reserved crab.

    Cream Of Mushrooms Chicken

     
     
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
    Lemon pepper seasoning
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular)
    1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
    2/3 cup milk
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    Ground black pepper
    Hot cooked rice, pasta or mashed potatoes
    • Season the chicken with the lemon pepper seasoning. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Place the chicken into a 2-quart baking dish.
    • Stir the soup, mushrooms, milk, cheese and garlic in a small bowl. Season with the black pepper. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
    • Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve the chicken and sauce with the rice.

    Chicken Teriyaki


    Ingredients (4 to 6 servings)

    1/2 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1-1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
    cut crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices
    2 teaspoons cornstarch
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    Hot cooked rice
    Steamed vegetables


    Instructions

    1. Combine teriyaki sauce and sugar in measuring cup, stirring until sugar dissolves.
    2. Remove 3 Tbsp. of mixture and pour over chicken in large plastic food storage bag. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Turn bag over several times to coat pieces well. Marinate 15 minutes.
    3. Meanwhile, add enough water to remaining teriyaki sauce mixture to measure 2/3 cup; blend in cornstarch.
    4. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken and sauté 5 minutes.
    5. Add teriyaki sauce mixture; cook, stirring, about 1 minute, or until sauce boils and thickens slightly.
    6. Spoon chicken and sauce over rice in large individual serving bowls. Serve vegetables on top of rice or on the side, as desired.

    Turkey Meatloaf With Sweet Sauce

    Preparacion Antes De Comenzar !!

    -2 Tajadas de pan bastante tostados.
    -Pre Calentar Horno a 350*
    -2 lbs de carne molida de pavo ** Yo Compro Esta **
    -Cada Paquetito es 1 lb.







    Ingredientes


    2 tajadas de pan
    2 lbs d carne molida de pavo
    1 huevo revuelto
    1 lata de zetas
    1/2 cucharadita de ajo
    1/2 cucharaita de mantequilla
    Adobo o Complete Season a Su Gusto
    Salsa Sweet Para Dar Sabor

    **Ingredientes Salsa**

    1/2 taza de ketchup
    1 cucharada de vinagre blanco
    1 chucharada de salsa soya
    1 chucharada de sweet & sour china ** **Tamb puedes usar 3 o 4 sobresitos de salsa de pato**
    1 chucharada de azucar

    ** Combine todos estos en una taza o plato **


    Procedimiento

    - Corte un poco las zetas y sofrialas en una sarten con la mantequilla y el ajo.
    - Adobe la carne a su gusto, heche el huevo revuelto, las zetas y combine.
    - Luego de eso tome las 2 tajadas de pan tostadas y esboronelas con las manos ensima de la carne, heche una cucharada de la salsa dulce a la carne y mesclar.

    -Luego poner la carme en un molde de cristal o ceramica, en forma de un tronco, luego cubra la carne con la salsa dulce que preparo hasta que quee bien cubierta.

    - Hornear a 350 grados por 1 hora.

    *** Asi Se Ve Con La Salsa Dulce Antes De Ser Horneada ***

    Easy Funnel Cake !!! Yummmmyy =D


    Funnel Cake

    Ingredients:

    1 egg
    2/3 cup milk
    2 Tablespoons sugar
    1 1/4 cup flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking powder


    Funnel Cake Directions:

    1. In a deep skillet, heat about two cups of oil over medium-high heat until hot. Test the temperature by dropping a pinch of flour into the hot oil. If it sizzles right away without smoking, it's perfect.

    2. Beat egg and milk. Mix all other ingredients in a separate bowl and slowly add to the egg mixture, beating until smooth.

    3. Using a funnel, drop into hot oil working from center outwards in a web pattern. (You can use a gallon sized freezer bag instead of a funnel by pouring the batter into the bag, snipping off a small corner of it, and squeezing the batter into the oil.)

    4. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, remove from the oil when golden brown and crispy.

    5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

    No-Flour Oatmeal Cookies



    Things You'll Need


    • 1 1/2 sticks of melted butter, unsalted is best
    • 3 cups of Oatmeal (Quaker Old-fashioned Oats!)
    • 1 cup of sugar
    • 3/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon real vanilla extract
    • 1 large egg
    • cookie sheet
    • mixing bowl and spoon
    • cinnamon


    Instructions

    1. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
    2.  Pour the egg and vanilla into the well, and slightly beat the egg in the well.
    3.  Pour the melted butter into the well, and then mix all of the ingredients together.
    4.  Mixure should be sticky, but not too wet to drop onto a cookie sheet. If too wet, add a pinch more oats. If too dry, add another teaspoon of melted butter.

    Ingredientes

    • 1 Pana Pelada y Cortada
    • 1 Lbr. D Carne Molida De Su Gusto (Cerdo, Pavo, Pollo Ect.)
    • Quesos Rayado De Su Gusto (Mozarella, Americano) Yo Prefieron 7 Chesse Blend
    • 1 Cucharadita de Mantequilla
    Procedimiento

    • Ponen agua a hervir en una oya con un poquito de sal.
    • Despues de limpiar la pana, la hechan en el agua y dejan que se cosine hasa que esta absorba bastante agua.
    • Empesen a Guisar la carne molida como a usted le guste.
        • Yo Le Hecho Sala de tomate, complete season y sofrito
    • Al la pana estar lista en un embase grande majela con la cucharadita de mantequilla, hasta que quede como una pasta.
    • Cuando la carne este va a hecharla en un plato que tenga un escuridor o papel toalla para sacarle la grasa.
    • El resto del procedimiento es igual que como montar una Lasagna y lugo lo ponen en el orde a 350*  por 15 a 20 minutos, pero le hechan el ojo.
                                             El Resto Es Disfrutrselo !!! Buen Probechooooooooooo !!!!!!
